SHIPPING

We ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship overseas.​ Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 days, but can take up to one full week to reach you.​

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER PAYMENT HAS CLEARED AND AFTER PROCESSING TIME. If there are special orders that need to arrive earlier, please contact us BEFORE placing an order to see if we are able to fulfill your order and arrange for faster a delivery date.​

ORDER PROCESSING

To order, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, then go to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, you can click on the ‘My Cart’ button in the top right corner. Pay with Credit Card or PayPal, then your order confirmation screen will appear. We will ship your goods as soon as they are ready. Please keep in mind that we want your items to be as fresh as possible, so there will be a processing time of 1-3 business days after payment has been processeed and cleared.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. PayPal is the safest and easiet way to make payments.

Credit Cards: If your card is declined, Luxe Bath & Body will send an email to the address associated with the declined order to let you know. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code. We take our customer's security very seriously and for that reason, we do not have access to your full credit card number. It's best to place the order again with the corrected information. Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.
